1. Handmade Products

All jewelry is handmade, which means slight variations in color, shape, or size may occur. This adds to the uniqueness of each piece and is not considered a defect.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.
Payment is due at checkout.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.

3. Custom Orders

Custom items are final sale and made according to the details you provide.

It’s your responsibility to double-check all design notes (e.g. name spellings, colors, measurements) before placing your order.

Custom items may take longer to ship; you’ll be notified of the timeframe before production begins.

4. Shipping

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking info.

Andrea Lashay Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In short:

All sales are final.
Damaged or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or refund if reported within 3 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, content, and branding on this website belong to Andrea Lashay Collection. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any materials without written permission.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at any time for any reason.
