Return & Refund Policy

Each piece from the Andrea Lashay Collection is made by hand with love and intention. Because of the nature of handmade jewelry, all sales are final. However, I want you to be completely happy with your order. If there’s an issue, please read below:

Wrong or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact me within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
I’ll work with you to send a replacement or offer a refund if appropriate.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made just for you and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If there is an error on my end, I will make it right.
Please double-check spelling, color selections, and size info before placing your order.

Shipping Issues

Once your order leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. I am not responsible for:

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect addresses entered during checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Any return must be approved first. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the time, materials, packaging, and processing that went into preparing your order.

Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
